If you are seeking a professional-grade, handmade culinary tool that is beautiful and won't break the bank, this is the ideal choice for you. (starts at $250)

Custom
You're looking for something exceptional, with exhibition grade woods, metal accents, one-of-a-kind custom blade finish, all chosen by you, then custom is the move. (starts at $500)
Choice of blade profile in 80CRV2 carbon steel or AEB-L steel stainless at 63HRC. (Damascus available for a charge)
Choice of high-end stabilized woods (natural light, natural dark, blue, green, black, walnut, maple, mango, etc)
Choice of metal accents for handle bolster (brass or copper)
Choice of Blade finish (satin, forced patina, splatter, gunmetal)
Rounded spine and choil for maximum comfort

Heirloom
A completely custom experience. all the choices of a custom tier but with added details of hand size, blade geometry, and more. We go over every detail, making sure to get you a one-of-a-kind custom piece that meets your every want and need. I set aside all the finest materials for these builds. I'll send you media with wood and material choices and work with you to create a piece of functional art fit to be handed down for generations.
Heirloom builds are made with the intent if being handed down. Heirloom builds ($1,000 and up) comes with a "free refinish" anodized aluminum card good for one refinish. send back the knife with the card and we will refinish the knife at no cost ($200 value)
Museum
For those who expect the very best. Museum builds spare no expense, the finest knives I am capable of making. Utilizing the rarest, most expensive materials planet earth has to offer. Fossils, artisan steels. precious metals, master grade woods, meteorite, the list goes on. Every detail is discussed with the client to create a masterpiece that would be right at home behind bulletproof glass in a museum. (starts at $1750)

My Promise to You
I stand behind my work 1000%. I pride myself on providing original, one-of-a-kind heirlooms to last a lifetime. With that being said, when you purchase a Rusty Knife you become part of the family. If anything goes wrong with your knife that isn't user error, I will fix or replace free of charge. I provide free sharpening for the lifetime of any knife purchased, and I am always here to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Things You Should Know (culinary knives)
Leather lined wooden saya can be added to any build (additional $200-$300)
Every single knife no matter the price point is hand sharpened on whet stones
Steel choices are AEB-L stainless or 80CRV2 high carbon (Steel upgrades available for additional charge)
Stainless steel blades only have 2 available finish options (satin and splatter)
All models are ground and finished by hand
Professional tier models come with 3-4A curly maple in your choice of color (natural, black, blue, green, brown). other handle materials available for additional charge
Hidden tang models have 2 handle options (WA or sculpted western)
Heirloom builds ($1,000 and up) come with one "free refinish card" (send custom blade back to me with this card and I will refinish for free, $150-$300 value)
All museum builds ($1,750 and up) come with a carved wooden certificate of authenticity
